Dlaw Agency is an AI automation and web development agency based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, founded by Lawrence Nixon. We build AI receptionists ("AIDA") and websites for businesses worldwide.

When you chat with AIDA on our website or Telegram:

• Messages you send to AIDA

• Your conversation history

When you become a client:

• Business name, address, contact details
• Information you provide to configure AIDA for your business
• Payment information (processed through Telebirr, CBE Birr, bank transfer, PayPal, Wise — we do not store payment card details)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our AI services
• Respond to your inquiries
• Configure and operate AIDA for your business (if you are a client)
• Send service updates and important notifications
• Comply with legal obligations

We do NOT:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your conversations for training general AI models
• Share your customer conversations with other clients

To deliver our services we use these third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:

• AIMLAPI / Anthropic — to power AIDA's intelligence
• Netlify — for hosting our infrastructure
• Telegram — for our messaging bot
• Hostinger — for website hosting
• Google Business Profile — for client business listings

5. Data Ownership

If you are a Dlaw Agency client:

• You own all customer conversations and lead data captured by AIDA
• You can request a full export of your data at any time
• You can request deletion of your data when canceling service

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information including:

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS on all websites)
• Encryption at rest (server-side environment variables)
• Limited access (only Lawrence Nixon and authorized team members)
• Regular security reviews

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
